Rewires
Full and partial rewires for older properties around Musselburgh and Edinburgh. We work room by room where possible to minimise disruption, and lift floors and walls only where strictly necessary.

Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
EICRs for landlords, homeowners and businesses. We inspect, test and issue a clear pass/fail certificate with anything needing attention flagged. Quick turnaround on the report itself.

Consumer units
Old fuseboards (especially the wired-fuse ones) swapped for modern consumer units with individual RCBO protection on each circuit. Tested, labelled and signed off on completion.

Data & networking
Hard-wired Cat6 data points, TV and aerial cabling and small-office networking. The fix for Wi-Fi blackspots, a slow study, or a smart-TV that won't behave on wireless.

Interlinked smoke & heat alarms
Interlinked smoke and heat alarms fitted to the Scottish home standard (mains-powered with battery backup, all alarms talk to each other). One of our most-requested jobs — usually we can fit yours within a few working days.

Indoor LED & niche lighting
Hidden LED strips for ambient warmth, alcove shelving, recessed niches, accent lighting. We work with you on placement so the effect lifts the room, and install neatly so the cabling stays out of sight.

Emergency call-out
